Catt, our trusty CFO, steers all areas of HIP’s finance, human resources, governance, and operations.

Catt runs her own successful business in the Bay Area, supporting multiple organizations in areas of finance, human resources, governance, IT, operations, and compliance. She primarily works with nonprofits in social services, housing, philanthropy, the arts, retail, and education. She was formerly the finance director at Prospera Community Development, a nonprofit supporting cooperative businesses formed and run by immigrant Latinas, and was also the Operations Manager at LIFETIME: Low-Income Families Empowerment Through Education, a nonprofit advocating education for low-income parents as a pathway to economic security.

Catt currently sits on the Board of Directors for Dancin’ Power, a nonprofit that provides interactive dance lessons to hospitalized children including those facing chronic and life-threatening illnesses. Dancin’ Power uses the power of music and adaptive movement to bring joy to hospitalized children and their families.
